Drug interactions are one of the drug-related problems that can affect patient therapy. Drug interactions can be defined as the work or effect of drugs that change or undergo modification as a result of drug interactions with one or more drugs. This research is a non-experimental study with retrospective data collection on prescription poly disease in RSU X during the period January-June 2018. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to see the potential for drug interactions, the severity, and types of interactions that occur when there are drug interactions in prescriptions with predetermined criteria, based on the literature used by Medscape Applications, drugs.com and journals in accordance with the research. Of the 200 poly disease prescription samples in RSU X Cirebon taken for research during the January to June 2018 period, 75.5% of the interactions occurred. 32% of minor interactions (mild), 58% moderate interactions (moderate), and 29.5% major interactions (severe). As for the type of pharmacodynamic interactions as much as 62% and pharmacokinetics 35%.
